Molko Chan

Molko’s interest in photography started six years ago - after watching the Japanese movie “Collage of our life” (Love Collage). She fell in love with the movie; it made her realise that photography is not just for professionals and it doesn’t need to be “too serious”. Photos can be taken anytime, anywhere, at one’s will.

The introduction of Lomography was made by a friend and since then, she has been in love with Lomo Cameras and her favourite Lomo is the LC-A from Russia, she claims that this is a camera that gives her “unlimited surprises”. She also explores other types of camera such as rangefinder, digital cameras in order to choose the right kind of camera that suits her works.

Photography has made Molko appreciate the beauty of the world and led her to discover new things in life. She also claims that rather than using a diary to jot down memories and feelings, she uses her camera to capture the moment, which serves as a better and more memorable diary.
