Concept
Pop Bites, a gourmet boutique and leisure casual dining concept with a dessert series “pb pâtisserie” that serves 6 different daily desserts to match the exquisite range of dessert wine as well as customize wedding & birthday cake. The restaurateur and designer Calvin Yeung, describes the concept as “Gourmet Lifestyle that offers perfect harmony between comfort food, great music, love and laughter, all in a one-stop-shop. This is a place where people can get a quick recharge.”
All of this takes place with a cool backdrop where we have DJ spinning on Friday & Saturday night and a CD station where guests can purchase any CD all year round.

Cuisine
Pop Bites offer comfort foods such as fine wines, exquisite English cheeses, Pan-European cuisine, homemade pasta & creative desserts and coffee bar. Besides the variety, the floor-to-ceiling food and drink cabinets house a selection of Exotic Drinks too.

Signature Dishes
Customers can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, homemade pastries like Green Tea Chiffon Cake, 70% Truffle Cake, Opera and a wider variety over the counter, awaiting for you. Pan-European cuisine style includes Penne Carbonara with Double Smoked Bacon, Homemade Fettuccine with Bolognese sauce & shaved Parmigiano, Wild Mushroom Lasagna, Made-to-order Sandwiches, Homemade Daily Soup & lot of salad choice such as Wild Herbs Chicken Salad. The All Day Breakfast serves daily.
